Saluting With Smoke offers a unique and patriotic barbeque experience.

Friday night will host a KCBS sanctioned single meat rib contest.

Saturday hosts a sanctioned KCBS Competitor Series competition, cooks compete in all four categories (Chicken, Ribs, Anything Goes - PORK, and the MRE challenge) Teams can compete on any type of cooker: Wood, Charcoal, Pellet, Electric, and Gas.

Sunday will be the return of Honor-Q, a sanctioned KCBS Master Series competition, cooks compete in all four categories (Chicken, Ribs, Pork, and Brisket). This event is a tribute to not only our Veterans but also all of our First Responders, Police, Firefighters and EMTs.

Teams competing at any Saluting With Smoke contest are required to have a Veteran on their team. If you don't have a Veteran, or would like to host another Veteran, Mission Zero Hundred Hours will provide Veterans to join teams.

MRE's are provided, and will be selected on Saturday morning. BBQ Teams provide all other category meats

All competition cook sites are 20 x 40. You can request a larger cook site during registration.

No water is provided. Basic power will be available for a fee. Generators are permitted and we will have a central spigot and fill station for tanks.
