Reach Your Running Goals in 2022
Our training club will help your training progress in the right direction. We are a non-judgemental group, so any size or speed are welcome! There will be 2 separate end goal training pods within our 16 week club. One targeting a 10K goal distance, the second looking towards a Half Marathon goal distance. No matter if you want to complete that distance or race it, our club will provide you with the opportunities to do either of these goals.
Clinic Leaders
Clinic leaders, Sheila Henricks and Joyce Park have both completed many half marathons and marathons, including New York City, plus ultras marathons and tons of local running events. Joyce is also a New Balance clinic graduate and both she and Sheila can be found on the sales floor at New Balance London. Their combined wealth of experience will help you get the most out of your training and realize your running goals.
Meeting Times
Group runs will take place every week on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:00pm, and Saturday mornings at 7:00am. We will meet and run from various locations including New Balance London throughout the week. This information will be provided to you by the Clinic Leaders on a weekly basis via email and Strava.
Goal Races
The Forest City Road Races will be the local option for the 10K and Half Marathon distances plus the Toronto Waterfront Event will be our other Half Marathon option . We may also offer Grand Rapids Michigan if there is interest.
