Terms and Conditions

ASICS London 10K - 5K Challenge (the ‘Challenge’) is a participation challenge hosted by ASICS London 10K and LimeLight Sports, ASICS and Runkeeper.

Duration:The Challenge will run from June 13 2022 08:00 (GMT) to 20th June, 2022 23:59 (GMT) (the “Challenge Period”).

  • Entry: While the Challenge is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age, entry to win the Prize is limited to individuals living in the UK who satisfactorily completed the Challenge as shown on the Race Roster results page and who are at least 18 years of age (excluding employees of LimeLight Sports, ASICS or Runkeeper, as well as the employees' direct family members).
  • Prizes: Users residing in the UK who satisfactorily complete the ASICS London 10K - 5K Challenge will be entered to win a select pair of ASICS sneakers valued at up to £150 which must be redeemed by July 15th 2022.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • The Challenge is administered by LimeLight Sports , 30 Stamford St, London SE1 9LQ
  • The Challenge period runs from 13th June, 2022 08:00 (GMT) to 20th June, 2022 23:59 (GMT). Entries must be completed during the Challenge Period to be validly included in the Challenge.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry into the Challenge.
  • If entering the Challenge via the ASICS Runkeeper App (the “App”), participants must complete tracked activity through the App to be entered for a chance to win the draw for ASICS sneakers. Once the activity is completed, participants are responsible for confirming their results uploaded correctly to the Race Roster results page. No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in the Challenge. There is no winner of this challenge, completion is based on participation.
  • If entering the Challenge via the App, the activity must be completed during the Challenge Period. Any entry not complying with these Challenge rules is invalid. LimeLight Sports explicitly reserves the right to refuse or remove a submission of an entry, at its sole discretion, in the event LimeLight Sports determines the Participant does not comply with all Challenge rules.
  • LimeLight Sports will attempt to contact the raffle winner via email 2 times between June 20th and July 10th. If the participant who wins the raffle does not return communication to LimeLight Sports by July 10th, they will no longer be eligible to receive sneakers.
  • In LimeLight Sports’ sole discretion, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential winner’s failure to respond to notification promptly upon receipt; (2) a potential winner’s failure to provide LimeLight Sports with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; and (3) any other non-compliance with the Challenge rules.
  • No cash redemptions or Prize substitutions allowed. The Prizes, or any unused portion thereof, cannot be returned, are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  • If for any reason any aspect of the Challenge event is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of LimeLight Sports, LimeLight Sports reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Challenge, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant government authorities, if required.
  • LimeLight Sports reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of LimeLight Sports or to be acting in violation of these Challenge rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or entering or attempting to enter the Challenge multiple times through the use of multiple e-mail addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries.
  • LimeLight Sports’ decisions as to the administration and operation of the Challenge and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Challenge and are not open for discussion with LimeLight Sports.
  • LimeLight Sports (their officers, directors, employees and agents) shall not be liable (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage otherwise arising out of or in connection, directly or indirectly, with this Challenge, the Prize(s) or technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under LimeLight Sports’ control).
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Challenge, all participants agree to release and hold harmless LimeLight Sports, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, successors, assigns, each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, (a) Prize claims that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate these Challenge rules; (b) Prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) participants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Challenge or claiming the Prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the participant to accept the Prize for any reason; (f) if a Prize cannot be awarded due to cancellation, delays or interruptions due to Act of God, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemic, weather or any other similar event beyond LimeLight Sports’ reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of the Prize or resulting from participating in the Challenge or prize related activities.
  • LimeLight Sports will not respond to any inquiries regarding the individual's Challenge status or result.
  • LimeLight Sports reserves the right to modify these Challenge rules at any time without prior notice for the sole purpose of ensuring the good execution of the Challenge, with no detrimental effect on the participants.
  • Global participation is accepted, however, to be eligible to win the raffle draw, participants must reside in the UK. LimeLight Sports, ASICS, and Runkeeper are not responsible for the misplacement or loss of the shipped prize should there be delivery issues to the address provided.
