RACE DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE
The Low Tide 10K & 5K is your opportunity to run the flat hard low tide sands of Stinson Beach where the mountain meets the sea. Enjoy the wildness of the sounds of the ocean while taking in the scenic vistas of Mt. Tamalpais's many ridgelines and forests. The run is out and back so you get to enjoy the changing views as you explore both ends of the beach. Be sure to bring a picnic to enjoy at the beach afterwards or breakfast in one of the local restaurants. There is a net elevation change of zero!!

COURSE CUT-OFF TIME: 1 hour and 30 minutes Hikers/Walkers are welcome to participate.
Additional Details
COURSE MARKINGS: For the 10K Course: The first turnaround at the south end of the beach runners will touch the BIG rock. Then the run heads back north past the start/finish line to the turnaround at the north end which will be a cone. Then runners head back south to the finish line. For the 5K Course: The turnaround is part way on the 10K course and marked by a turnaround sign.
AID STATIONS: Aid Stations at start/finish. We recommend that you carry water.
INCENTIVES: T-Shirts for all participants. Rubber chicken to the first place overall male & female in each distance. Personalized award ribbons to the top three finishers, male and female, in each age group for all distances which will be mailed out a few weeks after the race.
BIB NUMBERS: Bib numbers will be mailed out to participants beginning two weeks before the event. If you do NOT receive a bib prior to race day, you will pick one up on race day morning. If you did not supply a valid mailing address when you registered, or if your mailing address has changed, please e-mail us at info@envirosports.com.
PARKING: is free and available at Stinson Beach Park.

CANCELLATIONS: Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless you choose to protect your purchase with the optional “Purchase protection policy” offered at checkout. You can read the protection policy terms online here. Even if you choose to purchase it, you have 72 hours to cancel the policy if you decide you don’t want it. But you cannot purchase it AFTER you have completed your checkout. Otherwise if you email us by September 29, 2022, you may receive a rollover credit (the amount you paid minus a $20 fee) to use toward any future Enviro-Sports race.
HEADPHONES POLICY: Headphones (and any other audio devices) are NOT allowed.
