Strides 4 Sight 5K Walk/Run and Kids Fun Run
UPDATE: PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED; however, Day of Registration is available ONSITE at Strides 4 Sight at Normandale Lake Bandshell on Sunday, Sept. 18 starting at 8 AM.

This signature fundraising event benefiting The Vision Project will be held on Sunday,
September 18, at the Normandale Lake Bandshell, in Bloomington, Minnesota.
The Minnesota Eye Foundation (MEF) created Strides 4 Sight in 2014 to increase awareness and
funding for The Vision Project, a community outreach program offering eye care services and
surgical treatments to patients unable to otherwise afford care.
MEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing lives by preserving and restoring vision
and relies heavily on volunteers and goodwill to finance its mission. By participating in Strides 4
Sight, your contribution will make a significant impact in delivering eye care and will benefit The
Vision Project program, providing a variety of eye care surgeries - free of charge - to those
desperately in need. The Vision Project is an effort supported by MEF, along with the assistance
of volunteer surgeons, nurses, anesthetists, and vendors willing to donate their time, expertise,
equipment and supplies.
