Our story…

We are the Purschke family.  Our son Nicholas had a successful bone marrow transplant for ALD at age 11 at the University of Minnesota.  He had the vision for Knockout ALD and our Run for ALD event and he, along with all boys fighting ALD, is the reason behind our efforts in raising awareness of and funds for ALD research at the University of Minnesota Leukodystrophy Center.  Thank you for your participation and generous support of our Knockout crew and of Run for ALD!
