***IMPORTANT APPLICATION NOTES***
- If you would like to pay by cheque, please use Promo Code "PAYBYCHEQUE".
- Please note a processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. Please use the above promo code to pay by cheque if you'd like to avoid this fee.
- All activations are responsible for ensuring their space is left clean. To encourage accountability, a Green Deposit of $300 is collected. Provided your activation area is cleaned at the end of the event, your Green Deposit cheque will be shredded after the festival.

Registration is considered complete upon receipt of payment. Registrants who have not received pre-approval and/or have not submitted payment by the deadline will not be guaranteed space.
If you are interested in participating but have not been in contact with us, we'd love to learn more about how you would like to participate by completing this Interest Form and submitting it as prompted.
Your inquiry will be reviewed by the Italian Day Festival Society, and if we are able to accommodate you, you will be contacted by email with a reply. While we thank all applications, due to interest exceeding the available space at Italian Day, we regret that we are not able to guarantee participation for all inquiries.

Cancellation Fee & Policy
- Race Roster is providing online registration for Italian Day in Grandview Park.
- Online registration will close at 11:59pm on August 7st, 2022.
- A processing fee will be applied at checkout.
- VISA, Mastercard and Amex accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from RaceRoster for your registration into this event.
- There are no refunds or transfers of registration (whether paying online or by cheque) for Italian Day in Grandview Park, which includes festival cancellation due to an act of nature or other factors beyond the control of the organizers.
