Thanksgiving Day is the most popular race day in America. It's the perfect day to come together to benefit ourselves, our families, and our communities. Start a new Thanksgiving tradition by running or walking in your local, family-friendly Turkey Trot STL 5K. An active morning will help balance the afternoon's calorie intake and your participation will benefit those less fortunate by supporting local food pantries. If you can't join us in-person, you can register for the virtual event.

A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. Run your own race, at your own pace. It is a great way to be competitive with your family, friends, or co-workers while staying socially distant. An active morning will help balance the afternoon's calorie intake and your participation will benefit those less fortunate by supporting local food pantries. Walk, run, jog, indoors on a track or treadmill, or outside in the neighborhood or a park. A virtual race is a great way to move your own trot and gain confidence in your strength and endurance! Let's get trotting!

Swag
Turkey Trot STL registrants can choose between a long sleeve cotton shirt, one of two custom BOCO pom beanies, or a $10 Fleet Feet gift card, or skip the swag and save $5 on your registration. Registrants also have the option to purchase additional beanies for $16 each.

Participants can pick their packet and those of any friends and family members at of the following packet pickups:

Race Results & Awards
All participants who provide a cell phone number during registration will receive their results via text message shortly after crossing the finish line. Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female 5K finishers, as well as the top male and female finishers in the following 5K age groups: 12 & under, 13 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69 and 70 & Over.
Course
The Turkey Trot STL 5K course in St. Charles is flat, fast, and friendly. Its out-and-back section will allow participants to see and cheer their fellow athletes. The course is certified for distance accuracy by USA Track & Field (MO15025LJ). Wheelchair athletes are welcomed to compete at our St. Charles and Downtown locations. Wheelchairs will begin two minutes before the 5K start. Children in courteously-driven strollers are welcome. Dogs are not permitted on course.
Volunteers
Interested in volunteering? TTSTL volunteers receive a Beanie and Fleet Feet gift card. We are looking for individuals and groups to help with packet pick-up, course marshaling, pre/post-race, and more.
