Join us at the 27th annual Stride!

Connect with the Stridester community, promote healthy and active lifestyles, and raise funds to enhance the educational experience for students across the district at this year’s Stride.

Whether you are a serious runner, a casual stroller or like to watch the action from the sideline, The Stride is for you. The morning event includes a 5K, 10K, Kids Fun Run, and Wellness Expo and is great for the whole family. LPS schools and local businesses will also be on hand. It’s all for a great cause so don’t miss out!

Stride Virtually

If you can’t attend The Stride in person or prefer to sleep in to support students, we’ve got you covered. With our Virtual Stride option, you can register and know that you will be helping each LPS student find their unique path to success!

Virtual participants will receive a commemorative race shirt (bib and timing tag not included).

COVID Protocols

If you have signed up to run/walk in-person, volunteer, or want to cheer on participants at The Stride and you are not feeling well, have symptoms of COVID, or have been exposed, please stay home.

Symptoms of COVID include cough, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle or body aches and chills, fatigue, shortness of breath, fever and or new loss of taste or smell. Please note that symptoms of COVID do not always include fever.

Back to School Pricing: August 9th - October 1st. No promo code needed to get the best price available

Regular Pricing: October 2nd - October 28th Prices increase for anyone 11 and older

Race Day Pricing: October 30th - Prices increase for all participants

Participants must register online by midnight, Monday, October 24, 2022 to be eligible for early packet pick-up. If you register after midnight on Monday, October 24, 2022, you will not be eligible for early packet pickup. Please allow extra time to get your packet on race day.

Additional Event Details

Run in Costume!

Halloween costumes welcome, but not mandatory. Costumes must be school appropriate please.

Race Shirts and Bibs
All 5K/10K participants will receive a race bib with disposable timing tag. Adult-sized shirts are poly-rich long sleeved and children-sized shirts are long sleeved polyester. Race shirts are ordered prior to registration closing therefore requested shirt sizes are not guaranteed and no substitutions are allowed.

Fun Run participants will receive a commemorative bib and finisher ribbon (shirt not included).

Virtual runners will receive a Stride shirt. Shirts will need to be pickup up at the LPS Offices within 14 days of the race.

Costumes must be school appropriate, please.

Race Course

Both courses offer beautiful scenery through historic Littleton neighborhoods. Kids Fun Run participants 10 & Under will run a loop around Ketring Park. Find the Stride 5K course map here and the 10K course map is here.

Please, no dogs. Strollers are welcome.

Consider Making A Donation

Whether you can attend the race or not, please consider making an additional donation. Your financial contribution will help students who can't afford the registration fee join us on race day. It will also help maintain vital programs for students throughout Littleton Public Schools. Donations of all sizes are welcomed and appreciated!
