The event precinct will include;
- Start line, start corral and finish line
- Aid station
- First aid
- BBQ & bar
- Control Tent
- Toilets and one shower
Runners will be allowed to set up a single 3x3m tent in the event precinct, however, space is restricted. During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate the approximate number of loops you may finish and whether you wish to set up a 3x3m tent. You will be allocated a space based on the time you expect to be on course (i.e. runners expecting to go longer are likely to be given priority spaces closer to the starting corral).
Runners are free to share 3x3m areas. There will also be shaded areas for runners to use that do not require a tent - this in particular is for those not planning on runner for an extensive period of time.
Groups of 2 or more can use a 6x3m tent. This information will need to be provided during the registration process.
There will be no vehicle parking at the event precinct. A stop/drop/go area will be provided for crews and supporters to drop off equipment and nutrition for their runners. However, vehicle parking will be at campsites or alternate spots on the farm within walking distance of the event precinct.
