Sista Strut - St. Louis

When and Where is Sista Strut?

Sista Strut will be held Saturday, October 1^st in downtown St. Louis. This year we will be hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness traditional walk plus a car, truck, and motorcycle parade sponsored by Brown and Croupen. The pre-walk prep rally will start at 8am and the traditional 3K walk will start at 9am. All participants in the 3K walk will need to meet at 15^th and Chestnut at 7am. All vehicles participating in the parade will need to meet at the St. Louis City Hall parking lot located at 14^th and Clark at 7am.

Will I be able to walk alongside a vehicle in the car parade?

Due to safety concerns, no one will be allowed to walk alongside a moving vehicle. All participants in the car parade will need to stay inside their car.

Will the walkers and cars be lined up side-by-side?

No. All vehicles will be in front of the participants in the 3K walk.

What if it rains?

Sista Strut will proceed rain or shine.

Where do the proceeds go?

Sista Strut proceeds help benefit 5 local organizations in the St. Louis area, The Breakfast Club Inc., The Pink Angels Foundation, Siteman Cancer Center, The Mercy Breast Cancer Center and SSM Health- St. Mary's Hospital.

Do I need to have a team?

You can register as an individual, team or VIP.

Where Do I Pick up Registration Package?

All Sista Strut items purchased on or before September 5^th will be available for pick up on Saturday, September 17^th at Harris Stowe State University from 9am til 3pm. All registrations received Sept 6^th thru Sept 18^th will be available for pick up on Sept 26^th and Sept 2th (Time and location TBD) If you cannot make it to pick up your package, please send a representative with a copy/picture of your State ID/Driver License and your Sista Strut registration.

What is the difference between individual vs team registration?

All individual and team registration fees are the same which includes the Sista Strut t-shirt, water bottle, backpack, and mask for both individual and team members.

All Sista Strut items will need to be picked up on Saturday, September 17^th location and time TBD. If you cannot make it on Saturday, September 17^th to pick up your package, please send a representative with a copy/picture of your State ID/Driver License and your Sista Strut registration confirmation.

What is the VIP registration?

VIP registration includes the Sista Strut t-shirt, water bottle, backpack, mask, and one vehicle to be placed in the car parade.
