Join cookbook author Stephanie Weaver to learn more about simple ingredient swaps to lower inflammation which may help reduce your migraine attacks.
Make Shamrock Smoothies, Honey-Mustard Salmon Salad and Gazapacho Soup.
Recipes from The Migraine Relief Plan Cookbook will be provided to registered participants to cook along with Stephanie.
One lucky attendee will win a copy of her new cookbook (drawing at the end of the event; must be present to win).

MEET YOUR HOST:
STEPHANIE WEAVER, MPH
Stephanie is a chronic illness advocate, speaking coach, and author based in Oceanside, CA. She lives with vestibular migraine, fibromyalgia, and is a thyroid cancer survivor. She wrote The Migraine Relief Plan (2017) and The Migraine Relief Plan Cookbook (2022) to help others live beautiful lives despite chronic illness.
