September 10 is World Suicide Prevention Day and October 10 is World Mental Health Day. Between these dates, Health Promotion is holding a sleep cycle challenge. We want you to choose 1 week (7 consecutive days) to track your sleeping patterns. Keep track by using what time you went to bed and what time you wake up. You can enter those activity (sleeping) hours in Race Roster. For example, if you went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 6:30am, you would record 8.5hrs of sleep (8.5kms). You can also use your smart devices (Apple Watch, Garmin Watch, Fitbit etc.) to keep a more detailed overview of your sleeping patterns (you don't need one to participate).
1 Hour = 1 Km
If you have any questions, or if you would like to sign out a Fitbit from Health Promotion, please contact Dylan James at james.dylan@cfmws.com or call 204-833-2500 x4150.
