This competition pits the best of the financial services sector against each other in a battle to see who will be left standing - male or female? Which institution would they hail from? Last year Team CBTT rose to conquer with Esla Anthony taking first place as champion. But the completion from the other competing team would be strong as usual. With one of the most consistent aerobics teams Sagicor, no doubt would love to take the title for another time. The "Mr. CariFin Fitness Challenge" is the perfect way for males in the financial services sector to display their level of fitness and skills, strength and flexibility, speed, articulation, sense of humour, fashion sense of office and sportswear and a heart for their community. This 2-month-long challenge uses CariFin events as a way to test their fitness level and provide support and motivation and offers valuable prizes to the winners. With weekly automated motivation emails, a progress tracker, and a printable schedule of events, this challenge provides everything you need to succeed.

CariFin Games Cricket is another fantastic team sport that brings a huge amount of team spirit to the Games. This is 7 a side competition and in 2019 last time the tournament was played it was so exciting that one player hit every ball in a over for 6 runs. This year the tournament would be run at the tennis court at Republic bank sports club in Barataria if you work in the financial services sector ask your marketing manager if your financial institution is willing to participate.

All Fours is a very strategic game, and the teams often spend months preparing for the tournament. The object of the game is to score points by winning tricks with valuable cards, there are points for taking the jack of trumps in a trick, and for the holders of the highest and lowest trumps dealt. It is also possible for the dealer's team to score points for the card turned up for trumps during the deal. The atmosphere at All Fours is always electric, and the finals are always hotly contested.
