CityKidz Regina exists because kids need hope, they need to dream big, and they need to have an image of a positive future. CityKidz Regina's mission is to help increase resiliency and inspire BIG dreams for children living in low-income communities by providing inspirational experiences and nurturing personal relationships, one child at a time. Our big dream is that one day, in the not-so-distant future, we will see the end of child poverty in Canada, and every child will have an equal opportunity to thrive, to dream big and to reach their full potential. Regina's North Central Community is one of the poorest and most violent communities in Canada.  CityKidz Regina helps break the cycle of poverty by helping kids leave the path of least resistance and onto a path of hope, prosperity and significance. Each week we provide a high-energy, fully interactive program which teach positive life value skills - all in a safe environment. We begin the activities with a nutritional lunch, the only meal many of the children will receive all weekend.
