Once again this year, Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members across Canada and around the world will take part in a national celebration of Sport on 20 October 2022. This year, CFSG(O-G) will be hosting various events throughout the month of October. With the return of community sports and in person events, we are looking to make the 10th annual CAF Sports Day a memorable one.
CAF Sports Day is a great opportunity to celebrate the power of sport and how it promotes a culture of fitness within the CAF. The annual event provides CAF members a great opportunity to come together in solidarity to promote the benefits of sport and physical activity.

Gatineau Park Hike - Oct. 14 - 0900hrs Closed
Join us to view the beautiful fall colours on the Skyline trail (Trail 6). This 5.3 km hilly trail with an elevation of 100 m offers several lookouts over the Outaouais. Dogs are permitted on leash and participants must be prepared to pick up after their pets. Parking in P7 is free. We will depart the P7 parking lot at 0900. Refreshment packs will be available before the hike, so please bring a backpack or other form of pack to carry them during the hike. We will also be going rain or shine, so be sure to wear appropriate attire and footwear.
