2022 Vancouver Island Trail Running Series - Finale Banquet

This is the series finale banquet for the Vancouver Island Trail Running Series. Dinner will be served around 4pm along with some of the normal fixings! For our gluten-free friends, we will do our best to ensure no contamination but we can't guarantee anything. We will have a free beer with dinner (liquor permit pending)

We will host the Qualicum Bay race awards along with the series final point winners (we have some sweet prizing for those who competed for series points!) - both for individual and teams. The venue is at Lighthouse Community Hall at 240 Lions Way, Qualicum Bay.

Those who stick around will be eligible for some wicked draw prizes (even better than what we had at our races this year!) - We have draw prizes from Mt. Washington, Rainshadow Running, Vancouver Island Road Race Series, Grynd, Driftwood Brewery, Finlayson Arm 28k/50k/100k, Perseverance Run 11.5k, Frontrunners (rumour is a shopping spree!), Brooks Running and many more!

Itinerary for the day:

11am - banquet hall opens

12pm - snacks and drinks in the hall

1pm - liquor service starts

4pm - dinner starts

5pm - awards and draw prizes

7pm to midnight - PARTAYYYYYYYY!!

Tickets are $15.00 and must be purchased ahead of the banquet!

After the banquet is over, please stick around as we will be spinning some tunes for you to dance the night away! Want to bring something alcoholic to drink! Absolutely! We will have ample places to keep it cold!
