DISTANCE/SANCTIONING

Approximately 10 Kilometres. This cross country event is sanctioned by BC Athletics.

ENTRY LIMIT

A maximum limit of 600 entries will be accepted for this race. No exceptions. Day-of-Race entries will only be accepted should the entry limit not be reached. Please register early to avoid the disappointment of a sell-out.

NO FRILLS

There will be limited food and fluid at the finish. Please be prepared by bringing your own refreshments and a dry, warm change of clothes. Hot chocolate, chicken soup, cookies and fruit are available.

MEMORIAL FUNDS

All race proceeds will be directed to Harriers Foundation projects. To date the Prairie Inn Harriers Running Club has raised over $ 380,000.00 towards 107 Foundation projects in Greater Victoria including seven major scholarships and bursaries at UVic and Camosun College.

PRESENTATIONS

Awards and draw prizes will be presented at the finish line immediately after the last runner finishes at approximately 2:15 pm.

1. Online registration closes at 11:59 pm on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
2. Multi-time volunteers at past PIH Thetis Lake series races may also be eligible for a discount at the discretion of the race director.
3. Current PIH club members are entitled to a $10 discount on advance entry fees. If you paid for your membership using Race Roster you can enter your assigned membership number, which can be looked up HERE. If you paid via another method, have a lifetime membership, or otherwise have difficulties please contact Gary for an alternate discount method. You can join the club as part of the registration process and get the discount.
4. BC Athletics Members are eligible for a $3.00 discount on entry fees. You will be asked for your membership number during registration. Join BC Athletics HERE. To look up your membership number check HERE.
5. There is an online processing fee applied to all online registrations.
6. All funds are payable in Canadian Dollars.
7. VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards are accepted.
8. Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Race Roster" or "Fast North Corp" for your registration into this event.
