Kick-off the holidays with
Run Ottawa’s annual Light Run!
It’s the most run-derful time of the year!
Run or walk the 5K route through the festive streets and parks of downtown Ottawa. Plus, have a chance to win prizes for best festive costume and most creative route photo! Join the community on Thursday, December 8, 7 pm for a group run and after-party, or alternately you can run the route on your own—just make sure to upload your time/activity before December 21 to qualify for the prizing!
This event is free to everyone, however, donations are being accepted for Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend's Desjardins Charity Challenge Partner: the Ottawa Food Bank which provides fresh and non-perishable food, as well as supplies such as diapers, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to its network of over 100 emergency food programs across the city. Every $16 you give can put a healthy meal on the table for a family of four.
