My Story
Betty, Frances, and I will be running in the Spring Run Off on April 1st. Betty and Frankie (with Graeme) will be running the 1k while I'm finishing up the 5k. This year the charity will support the Parkdale Community Food Bank. The mission of the Parkdale Community Food Bank is to ensure access to barrier free food, with choice, dignity and respect for all. No questions asked, they provide food to anyone who seeks assistance from their program. They provide support to over 6,000 families every month across the Downtown/West end of Toronto.
Description
Raised funds will be utilized to support the ongoing operations of our organization, and to increase our ability to purchase high-quality food to support our programs as our client numbers continue to rapidly increase.
