YMCA BC is the result of the unification of YMCA of Greater Vancouver, YMCA of Northern BC and YMCA-YWCA of Kamloops. Families, children, and seniors in communities from the Lower Mainland to the Fraser Valley, to Prince George, Vanderhoof and Kamloops, British Columbia, all have the same opportunity to belong, grow, thrive and lead through YMCA BC.

At the YMCA BC, we care about providing equitable access and quality programming in all of the communities we serve. We know that when children, youth, and adults from low-income families have equal opportunities to thrive—everyone wins.

Our donors help us build dynamic new centres of community where everyone is welcome, create innovative programs like mental wellness groups for teens and youth, and support fellow community members in need by contributing to financial access so everyone can participate in programs like summer camps, employment programs, and fitness classes for seniors.
