The South Burnett Express Relay is a long-distance race like no other ! It starts at Kingaroy and weaves its way to Wondai (and back) along the picturesque South Burnett Rail Trail.
The concept is simple - teams between 5 to 8 members battle it out over 60km in a classic relay where each runner runs a leg before tagging the next person. The shortest leg is 400m and the longest is 7.8km. The team with the fastest overall time wins !
We have mens, womens and mixed team categories. Entry is also simple - you can create a team or join an existing one.
There is also a free 1km kids race at the start of the day. We want to get everyone involved.
