Moggill Marathon 'Road 2 Rural' - 21 May 2023

Join us on Sunday 21 May 2023 and complete either a half marathon, 10k, 5km or 2km fun run.

The routes take in the beautiful scenery of Moggill, located in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Whether you choose to walk or run the Poolwerx Moggill Marathon, there is something for everyone!

Event details:

21k - $89 (includes all fees and a t-shirt or cap*). Start time 6.30am

10k - $63 (includes all fees and a t-shirt or cap*). Start time 7.00am

5k - $47 (includes all fees and a cap*). Start time 8.00am

2k - $21. Start time 8.30am

All participants who complete their event will also receive a medal and e-certificate.

The following challenges and prizes on offer:

21k The Heritage Community Branch Karalee Road2Rural Half Marathon - first prize $250, second prize $150 and third prize $100 for male and female runners.

10k The Athlete's Foot Indooroopilly Mount Moggill - first prize $150, second prize $100 and third prize $50 for male and female runners.

5k Local Bulletin Challenge - one prize of $500 on behalf of Pullenvale Ward Office for the school or community team (must be a recognised organisation with bank account) with the highest number of entries finishing the race in UNDER 28 minutes. Team entries with four or more receive a 10% discount on entry fees (cannot be combined with other offers).

2k Bravery Box fun run - one prize of $250 for the primary school with the most competitors.

Families and teams of four or more receive a 10% discount (cannot be combined with other offers).

Proceeds raised by event will be distributed to local community groups and children's cancer charities according to the 'Moggill Marathon Distribution of Funds to Beneficiaries'.
