My Story…
hi all,
I will be cycling for 50 km as part of the Forest City Cycling Challenge on Sunday , June 4th, [ https://www.ridelondon.ca/ ] to raise funds for Mental Health - St. Joseph Hospital , London, Ontario. All proceeds will goto the Hospital directly. Although it is not a lot of kilometres , it is my first time doing it and i am excited. Wishing the best of health to all - both mental & physical.
They have given us between 2-4 hrs to complete it. Hopefully I can do it before the gates close :-)
