Help Karen raise money

My sister, Crystal is battling ALS.  One of her son's started our group, Crystal's Crew, in honor of his mom and others facing this horrible disease.  Watching her day to day activities get harder has challenged us to push ourselves and not take our abilities for granted.  I'll be running the Cleveland Marathon 5K.  Others from our family are doing the 5K and a couple of her boys are running the full Marathon.  We are raising funds for the ALS Association of Northeast Ohio, a charity partner of the Cleveland Marathon.  Crystal is an inspiration and my hero!  She handles this all with grace and is simply amazing!  If you'd like to honor her by donating, that would be great!  If not, please pray for those of us running on race weekend, but keep her in your prayers regularly!
