Raise money for Childhood Cancer Canada

Childhood Cancer Canada is the leading national charity dedicated entirely to saving, enhancing and extending the lives of children living with cancer. We strive to create victories for children with cancer in Canada through investments in national life-saving research and providing empowering  programs and services to kids with cancer and their families.

Childhood cancer is unique. It is not just a smaller part of the adult world of cancer. The biology, treatment and effects of treatment are unique to children. In Canada, a child is diagnosed with cancer every 6 hours. When a child is diagnosed, the entire family is affected. Your donation will go toward more positive outcomes for children, adolescents, and young adults living with cancer in Canada by supporting investments in national research and programming including Survivor Scholarships, EmPower Packs, Emergency and Benevolent Funds.

We are looking to raise $10,000 through the Mississauga Marathon. This would fund gene-sequencing therapy for one child living with a devastating cancer diagnosis.
