Hello!!
My son Dennis was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on July 3, 2016. Every since then, his daddy and I have been doing all we can to assist him with not just everyday life, but his future! Dennis aka Denden is a very smart child. He communicates using a communication device and some signing. Denden can understand what you say to him, he just cannot speak.
On Saturday May 20, 2023, we will be participating in the virtual option for the FEAT (Families for Effective Autism Treatment) Run and fun walk for Autism. FEAT's mission of providing education, support and programs for individuals on the autism journey. By doing the virtual option, we have the ability to walk where we want to!!!!
Our goal is to raise 500.00. If we can raise more, that would be AWESOME!!!
