WORK

WORK is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that accompanies families in Haiti out of poverty through good, dignified jobs. We use a holistic approach created alongside our families to accompany them to financial independence. Our wrap around service model includes access to health care, education assistance, and job training and placement. We start by getting to know the families, their needs and building trust. Then we ensure all basic needs are met and gaps are filled. Our families have access to resources within their community that enable efficiencies, savings for families and creates jobs. Finally, we focus on life skills and workforce development into placement of dignified work so families can end poverty for themselves and their community.
