We are a group of like-mind, inclusive cycling enthusiasts with a passion of building relationship and fitness. The Blackwood region boast of some of the best landscapes and beautiful people in WA. We love to be part of support youth mental health in the region!
Description
Blackwood Youth Action (BYA) is a registered charity that supports marginalised and at-risk young people in the Warren Blackwood regions to 'be the best they can be'. Funds raised from the Tour of the Blackwood support mental health programs and services across the region. Thank you for your support.
Projects include:
- ensuring young people are linked to the mental health services and supports they need to meet their fullest potentials
- creating a maker space for young people to access supportive mentors in a creative space
- developing and delivering a transitional independent living skills workshop series to help young people move into independent living
- provide funding for our young musicians to record an album - BYA's second. Scan the code below to listen to the first album - Order in the Court
