Splash and Dash at Twin Lakes
Get a lake swim in before Ironman Galveston at our Splash and Dash at Twin Lakes located at 19230 Morris Avenue, Manvel, Texas. Enjoy two distance for both the swim and run at this beautiful lake. We will offer a 550 meter swim followed by a 1 mile run or a 1000 meter swim followed by a 2 mile run.
Each athlete will receive an event shirt and medal.

Packet Pick Up and Awards
Packet pick up will be the morning of the event, so each athlete will need to check in 20 minutes prior to their start time. Awards will be given out to the top three in the following age groups; 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 in each distance.

- Sat, March 25, 2023 6:00 AM - Packet Pick Up and Transition Opens
- Sat, March 25, 2023 7:15 AM - Transition closes, event announcements, prayer, and anthem
- Sat, March 25, 2023 7:30 AM - First swimmer in the water. 1000 meter swimmers first, followed by 550 meter swimmers.
- Sat, March 25, 2023 9:00 AM - Post race refreshments and awards
