We are shaping our future and those who will inherit our world, industry and companies. The C-Ride, Commercial Real Estate Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Event is our way of pedaling with a purpose. The BIG Foundation is dedicated to exposing thousands of people of color and women to the Commercial Real Estate industry and helping them find their way into a field that has historically excluded them.

BIG Foundation has been a multi-year Sponsor of the Real Estate Exchange (REEX) program that has exposed over 750 African American and Latino high school students to the CRE industry. In partnership with several national Real Estate organizations: REEC, NAIOP, SIOR, PREA & ULI, and a growing list of universities such as, Cornell, Harvard, Howard, Marquette, MIT, NYU, Roosevelt, SMU and University of Miami, the REEX JumpStart Summer Program is creating a robust pipeline of diverse talent, that will transform our industry!

With your support, we can provide an opportunity for these talented diverse students, many of whom are economically disadvantaged. Join us in empowering teens to invest and/or work in Commercial Real Estate. We have already touched 750 young people, help us make it 4,000 or more! Your action today will change their lives!!

This participation fee covers your personal donation and event t-shirt. Any additional donations on your behalf is optional.
