Our story…
Discovery House provides transitional housing and care to women and their children fleeing domestic violence. They give women and children longer-term, safe places to call home while they rebuild their lives. Mothers receive counselling, support, and programs to ensure they can build a better future for themselves and their children. A key focus of Discovery House's work is to help children heal from their trauma to live their best lives. This helps prevent the cycle of domestic violence from repeating.
