Welcome to the registration page of the
31st Ronde van Aruba 2023!
The Registration Window will be open Saturday January 28th at exactly 12 P.M. to 1 P.M.
Before Registration Opens at 12 PM on Saturday January 28th
We advice all participants to have the complete registration information ready before the registration page opens to ensure a smooth registration process. Each team or individual will have 1 hour to complete the registration process and must only do it ONCE. So assign one person per team to do this process.
After Completing Your Registration!
Once you have finalized your Registration Process, please await for the email from Ronde Organizational Committee MSK Bureau Sport informing you that we have processed your registration and that everything is in good order. This will be the 2nd mail you receive, the first will be from Race Roster confirming completion of your online registration, the second will be from Bureau Sport informating you that the process has been completed properly. The 2nd mail is the most important one and will include information on the next steps to follow.
Teams are Non-Changeable and Non-Transferable!
Once the Registration Process is complete, the teams registered will not have the opportunity to make changes. Each team is responsible for their own preparation and to be ready for the event. Additionally, it is not allowed to transfer your registration to another team. If you are no longer participating, then that participation slot revert back to the organization. No team is allowed or capable of purchasing your registration since no team can change the registered participants within a team.
The event takes place on Friday, May 12th, 2023 starting at 8 P.M.
The start and finish line is located at Marinierskazerne Savaneta, Aruba.
Please use this registration page to register for the following categories:
- Individual 72 KM Ultra-Marathon
- Duo (2-Person Relay Team)
- Estafette (4-Person Relay Team)
Step 1: Pre-Registration Day Team Preparation
- Form your entire 2 or 4 Person Team in advance of the registration.
- Decide which Team Members will run which route.
- Find the driver for your team & gather his/her Full Name & Phone Number
- Gather All information of each Team Member: Complete Name, Date of Birth, Age & Shirt Size.
- Review the Team Categories (as shown below on this page) & know the Team Category Your Team Belongs in.
- Assign 1 Team Member from the Team to Register the Entire Team.
- Be Ready on January 28th 12 P.M. to Register the complete team.
- The ONE Team Representative needs to be prepared to register the entire team by clicking on "Register".
Steps 2: Lottery Day - Estafette Teams Chosen
- Due to high demand, ALL registrations that were made for Estafette (4-Person Relay Teams) will be part of a lottery system to determine which teams can be part of the Ronde van Aruba 2023.
- The exact details of time, date and process of the Lottery works will be public shortly and mailed to all official registered Estafette Teams.
- Very important note is that only those chosen in the lottery will be able to proceed to Step 3 and make payment. The teams not chosen unfortunately cannot proceed further.
Steps 3: Payment Dates:
- Payment Dates for the Participant List will be announced to the public shortly and this information will also be sent via mail to each team that is allowed to make payment.
- Once you receive information on date & time for payment of registration, make sure to make payment on those dates.
- Failure to make payment on the dates provided will lead to removal from the Participation List.
Payment methods:
- Send ONLY 1 Team Representative to any of the 3 Nature's Discount Stores to make the payment for the complete team and payment of the Complete Registration Fee.
- Payment can be made via Cash or Swipe at any of the 3 Nature's Discount Stores.
- Once Payment is Made the Registration Process is Complete for the Team!

- Duo AWG. 120,- ($67.42)
- Estafette AWG. 240,- ($134.83)

- Mix (1 Male & 1 Female)
- Estafette Categories**
- Group A: Up to 120 combined years
- Group B: From 121 up to 160 combined years.
- Group C: From 161 up to 200 combined years
- Group D: Over 200 combined years
- Females A Until 160 combined Years
- Females B Over 160 combined Years
- Estafette Mix (2 Males en 2 Females)
** The combined age of the team is calculated by adding up the ages of all 4 participants.
