2nd Annual Adele Marie Bradley Scholarship 5K Run/Walk

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our sponsorship opportunities for the Adele Marie Bradley Scholarship 5K! Whether you are interested in becoming a monetary sponsor or an in-kind sponsor we would love to have you join our event!

Race Demographics

We are expecting 250-300 runners and an addition 75-125 spectators to join us on January 8th^th, 2021 at Riverbend Park in Jupiter, FL for the Adele Marie Bradley Scholarship 5K and we hope to see you there too!

Our advertising is primarily done on Facebook. We currently have a reach of over 90,000 people over the last 90 days through our Facebook page’s marketing. We estimate the reach through our Facebook event for this race to be more than 20,000 people leading up to the event.

We have many sponsor tools available to help you get the widest reach possible with your sponsorship level. These tools are outlined in each of the sponsorship levels listed on the following page.

What’s Included in your Sponsorship?

Booth

1. Booth space provided on race day with a tent, table and chairs if you do not have your own.
2. You can provide us with flyers or any other marketing materials to be included in the race packets given out to each participant in the race.

Bronze

Everything in the booth package and:

1. Your name or logo in the third/fourth row on the back of the race shirt, given out to all participants.
2. Your name or logo on display on both sides of our start & finish inflatable arch.
3. Your name or logo on the registration page, race website and results page with a hyperlink to your website.
4. You can provide us with flyers or any other marketing materials to be included in the race packets given out to each participant in the race.
5. You will receive 25% off any race entries.

Silver

Everything in the bronze package and:

1. Your name or logo in the second/third row on the back of the race shirt, given out to all participants.
2. Two social media posts made with your supplied marketing materials across all social media platforms.
3. 1 announcement made before the race reading any verbiage you provide.
4. You will receive 2 complementary entries into the and 25% off entries after that.

Gold

Everything in the silver package and:

1. Your name or logo in the top row on the back of the race shirt under the presenting sponsor logo, given out to all participants.
2. Three additional social media posts made with your supplied marketing materials across all social media platforms.
3. Multiple announcements made throughout race day reading any verbiage you provide.
4. There will be signage placed at the event and around the course with your logo and website.
5. You will receive 5 complementary entries into the race and 50% off entries after that.

Presenting

Everything in the gold package and:

1. The official race name is Changed to: Adele Marie Bradley Scholarship 5K Presented by: (Your Name Here)
   1. This includes the race website, social media pages, any publications the race in included in and anywhere the race name can be found.
2. Your name or logo is the largest shown on the back of the race shirt, given out to all participants.
3. If sponsorship is confirmed by November 1st, you will have the opportunity to have your name or logo on the ribbon of our finisher medals.
4. 2 social media posts per month leading up to the race made with your supplied marketing materials across all social media platforms.
5. Multiple announcements made throughout race day mentioning you as the presenting sponsor and reading any verbiage you provide.
6. You will have the opportunity to supply us with a pre-roll advertisement that is played before each individual finisher video. This video can be downloaded by each participant and shared across social media with your advertisement present.
7. Here is a list of the requirements for the pre-roll advertisement:
   1. .mp4 Pre-Roll video is mobile friendly and HTML5 compatible.
   2. Video Recommended size: 1280x720 (720p 16:9 aspect ratio)
   3. Video size should be less than 20MB.
   4. The recommended pre-roll video length is 30 seconds or less.
   5. Video Supported File Types: mp4
8. Your logo will also be placed on the inflatable arch at the start/finish line visible in all pictures and finish line videos.
9. You will receive 10 complementary entries into the race and 50% off entries after that.
