The Island Challenge Series is a gauntlet of pain from the mind of Willie Thomas. A celebration of healthy competition through a mix of cardio and strength exercises promoting functional fitness and wellness community.

What should I do/bring to be successful?
Athlete Hydration and Cooling Materials, Arrive early and get yourself properly warmed up for a hard workout. Make a hydration plan the week and days prior to race day to prevent heat exhaustion symptoms during the event.

No, Parking is open to the public and free for this event
Is there enough parking?
Yes, but feel free to save gas and carpool with your friends

Where are Bathrooms?
The bathrooms are at the foot of the Finish Tower on the lakeside
Water Stops on the course?
Cold Water and aid will be available at a station on course for all Challengers
Are Strollers and Pets allowed On Course?
No strollers, children, or pets are allowed On Course, all are welcome to cheer on the challengers from spectating zones

Heat Warnings - Be aware of the weather conditions and expect to exert yourself in the weather for a few hours
Safety Suggestions - Hydrate ahead of the event, and bring cooling measures for yourself before and after the race
