My Story…
For almost every year since 2005, I have participated in Race Weekend.
As you may know, I also am involved in other fundraising activities as well. Now that we are recovering from the past three COVID-19 influenced years, I am again running (slowly!) the 5KM, despite being in my 70's and semi-retired in summer 2021. In fact, as of Apr 30, I had done 6x 5Km runs that month.
I will be joined by my wife, Debra, and granddaughter, Arielle who will walk the distance. We are continuing to raise funds in support of family medicine education and quality care at The Ottawa Hospital. We would be grateful for your sponsorship!
