As a member of the Medical Escort, Palliative Care and Spiritual Care teams, I see firsthand the great efforts made by nursing staff, volunteer services staff and my fellow volunteers to provide caring and professional service.

The kindness and respect shown to residents, are uplifting and inspiring to me. I feel really good when I leave the place. My volunteer experience is rewarding and meaningful. It is definitely one of the best parts of my retirement.

I'm walking because it's a fun way to contribute to a good cause and say thank you at the same time.
