My Story…

So here we are once again. A different race, a different time, and a different approach to carry out the honours in memory of my buddy Mark Deschamps. 

I will be raising money for my friends once again at Lung Cancer Canada. https://www.lungcancercanada.ca/en-CA/Lung-Cancer.aspx

I'll be participating in the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend half marathon.
