My Story…

Mental health is critical to the overall health of adults and kids.  The mental health challenges of today are larger in impact that they have ever been.  But there is lots of hope!  Crossroads Children's Mental Health Centre focusses on kids 12 years of age and under.  By their work in schools, their free drop-in clinic, their summer camp, and their martial arts programs, they work with kids by maintaining and inproving mental heath.  Improved mental health now and into adulthood is the goal.  Thanks for your support for kids' mental health and the mental health of future adults!
