Synergy Health Centre Bazan Bay 5K - April 23, 2023
The final race in the Island Series, Bazan Bay is fast, flat, and furious! A favourite with Island runners where many PB's are set. The course is along the beautiful oceanfront in Sidney on Lochside Dr/Trail. Hosted by Team West Coast, course records are 14:12 (Geoff Martinson) and 15:48 (Malindi Elmore).

FOR LIABILITY INSURANCE REASONS the following are not allowed in races: Dogs, rollerblades, strollers, baby joggers, bikes and skateboards. For safety reasons earbuds are strongly discouraged.
Entry fee is non-refundable and non transferable between races or participants.

VIRA will abide by all Provincial Health Orders and guidance provided by BC Athletics regarding holding outdoor events and indoor gatherings.
