This is a fast, flat-out-and-back course. You will be sure to set a PB on this one. Hosted by the Bastion Run Club.
Race Package Pickup
Sunday, February 9, 9:00 am - 10:30 am at Cedar Elementary School, 2215 Gould Road, Nanaimo
There is no day of race registration. A select few travelling elite athletes with BC Athletics or Athletics Canada membership and carded athletes may apply for day of race registration.
There is no early start.

Important Event Information
Online registration closes at 6 pm on Friday, February7
There will be limited late registration on race day – late registration hours are 9 am – 10:15 am.
FOR LIABILITY INSURANCE REASONS the following are not allowed in races: Dogs, rollerblades, strollers, baby joggers, bikes and skateboards. For safety reasons earbuds are strongly discouraged.
Entry fee is non-refundable and non transferable between races or participants.
