REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- All entries include a commemorative technical race shirt.
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday, June 2nd, 2023 or when the event is sold out.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the 2023 Gran Fondo Jasper
- All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
- VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2023 Gran Fondo Jasper" for your online registration into this event.
- Registration is subject to annual final Parks Canada approval.
- Due to the unique character of Jasper National Park, a wildlife interaction could occur on the race route. In such cases, the Event Organizers reserve the right to change the race route, delay the race, stop participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, alter the distance of the route, cancel or other measures deemed necessary as per the Event Wildlife Interaction Response Plan. The participant understands this risk and acknowledges that no refunds will be issued in this case.
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
- The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
- A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the Gran Fondo Jasper Infectious Disease policies (below).
TRANSFERS, REFUNDS & DEFERRALS & INFECTIOUS DISEASE POLICY
All registrations are non-refundable.
- NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS -
Covid Policy: In case the event gets cancelled or postponed due to covid all registrations will be transferred to the 2024 event, less a 25% administration fee.
We are a small organization and event planning requires us to prepare all year long. With that we are unable to offer refunds.
However, we recognize that injuries and unforeseen events come up, so we have a few options if you:
- Distance Changes
- Transfers To Another Person
- Deferrals To Another Year
- If the event cannot take place in 2023 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2023 Virtual Event OR;
- Free entry deferral to the 2024 event, less a 25% administration fee
- If the event is postponed to a future date in 2023, the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the newly scheduled 2023 event date OR;
- Free entry in the 2023 Virtual Ride
- If the participant is from outside of Canada, and does not have an option to travel to Canada as per an order in place by the Canadian federal government due to the pandemic (ie. all citizens of the participant's country are not permitted to travel to Canada), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2023 Virtual Event OR;
- Free entry deferral to the 2024 event OR;
- A Full Refund (less registration company processing fee)

Gran Fondo Jasper is proud to announce Alpine Village as the Presenting Sponsor of the MNP Gran Fondo Jasper. As the presenting sponsor for Gran Fondo Jasper, Alpine Village will be the official host accommodations for the event. Official booking information will be made available in January 2023.
