Refund Policy
- Entry fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. That means that once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund for any reason and you will not be able to defer your entry to another year.
- No race day registration or race changes. No refunds, transfers, medical comps or deferrals.
- Manitoba Marathon has partnered with RegShield and you can purchase a protection policy on your registration which covers you if you have to cancel or can't make the event. RegShield is a protection product made for athletes by athletes. It provides coverage for 17 different roadblocks. These are the reasons that most athletes are unable to compete in their events. - Should the race not be able to go ahead because of local and provincial restrictions due to the pandemic or for any other reason, all registrants will automatically be converted into a virtual event.

How fundraising works
It’s easy! Please register or sign into your Manitoba Marathon account and share it with your friends, family, colleagues, running group, and neighbours.
Whether you raise $10 or $10,000, you’re positively impacting the lives of Manitobans, helping break down barriers, and shaping a more inclusive future for all!
Plus, thanks to the Government of Manitoba, every dollar you give to United Way Winnipeg goes into the community and none to fundraising and administration costs.

The Manitoba Marathon requires hundreds of volunteers to work in many different areas over race weekend: in the days before the race, during the race, and following the race.
