The Lake Sikome start/finish area is located at the south end of Bowbottom Trail just minutes to the Lake Sikome entrance. This course is largely flat, with a few steep hills thrown in for fun! You will run from the Sikome parking lot up through a forest, down a hill, along the river, past the Ranch House and out into the trails on the north side of Fish Creek. It is a beautiful scenic course and a perfect route to get your trail legs working again.
