Peer Support is the action we take in helping to support our colleagues and friends when the traumatic events, or disaster situations occur.  

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), is the process of the work that we do. The ICISF standard of training delivers a comprehensive, systematic, multi-phased, multi-component approach to crisis intervention in order to provide the very best support for those working in public safety and the front lines of healthcare.
