The Toowoomba Road Runners (TRR) is a group of runners who strive to achieve three main goals: promote health and fitness, create a positive social atmosphere and encourage participation in Australia’s Garden City.
TRR provide opportunities to exercise all year round and organises major running events catering to all abilities, whether you’re a total beginner or sub-elite runner.
There are nine organised runs throughout the week, with each run catering to different running abilities. Please refer to the Club Calendar for times and locations. Beginners are encouraged to attend our Tuesday intervals, Wednesday or Sunday social runs.
The club proudly supports other local events, including the Mother’s Day Classic and the 40 for Fortey relay event. TRR has also made annual donations to support local charities, including Hope Horizons, the Queensland Police Legacy Scheme and Drought Angels.
Club members get access to the weekly runs, exclusive club events such as the annual Christmas lights run, parkrun adventures and regular social events.
Membership is only $40 per year for individuals and $55 per family. This payment includes administration and processing fees.
All are welcome to try out a couple of runs with the club before joining!
