On Sunday, February 19th, 2023, I will be taking part in Stair Heroes and climbing 36 flights of stairs in full firefighting gear to show support for lung health.

About the event:
Stair Heroes is a unique, stair climb held at Scotia Square Mall in Halifax. Together we will STEP-UP for the 1 in 5 Canadians living with lung disease and raise critical awareness and funds for the Lung Association of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
Description
We thank you for helping to raise vital funds to support the one in five Nova Scotians and Islanders living with lung disease! Funds raised will support programs and services, education, research and advocacy.
