The Medina Rec will be hosting an indoor triathlon & biathlon on Sunday, February 12, 2023.
Please note that a photo ID is required for all nonmembers when entering the building.
The first waves will start at 7:30am
Each wave will consist of 12 participants.
We will have 5 wave start times for the triathlon (Swim/bike/Run) portion and one wave for the biathlon (Bike & Run).
Each sport portion will consist of 20 mins and a 5 mins transition time.
For the Triathlon we will have the following wave start times. When you register you will be able to sign up for a specific wave start time and will start in the pool area with an assigned wave.
Wave #1 - 7:30 am
Wave # 2 - 7:55 am
Wave # 3 - 8:20 am
Wave # 4 - 8:45 am
Wave # 5 – 9:05 am
The biathlon wave will start at 7:30 am with the 20 min bike portion then a 5 min transition and finish with a 20 min run on the indoor track.
