A point to point long distance triathlon of 2,000m Swim, 90km Bike and 21.1km Run. The race starts in Welland in the well protected and calm Welland International Flatwater Centre which has fantastic sight-lines. The bike course winds southwest through the beautiful Niagara Region before heading east, under the Welland canal and along the shores of the Niagara River to Niagara Falls. The run course is two loops, which are relatively flat and fast with a couple of challenging hills.

2023 Registration Update

In order to provide you with the best race experience possible, we have capped the number of race entries at 1,250.

Registration closes on Tuesday, Sept 12th 2023 or when the cap of 1,250 is reached. We would like to remind participants that all pricing is in Canadian Dollars. Once you have completed your registration, please make sure to check your spam mail to ensure you receive all Race Roster emails containing important details leading up to the event. You can expect to receive the following notices in this sequence:


1. Pre Event Notice sent on Monday, Sept 11th 2023.

2. Final Event Notice sent on Wednesday, Sept 13th 2023 containing your bib number and start time info.

3. Post Race Report sent on Wednesday, Sept 20th, 2023 including photos, results, and any articles written about the event.
