Race numbers to be collected from Bunbury Runners Club, 1 Ocean Drive Bunbury, from 10am to 4pm Saturday 15th April 2023 or at the venue on the day.

Cut off time
Cut-off time for all events is 12.30pm. Road closures, aid stations and official timing ceases operation at this time. Participants in the full marathon must reach the 3/4 mark (Ocean Drive water station in front of the Runner's club oval) before 11.00am after which a cut off will be imposed and they will be required to withdraw.
Parking on the Day. Due to road closures parking is not available at the Runners club or in the car park opposite (during the event).
Please do not park in the nearby Officeworks carpark.
There is plenty of parking in the center of Bunbury and there are no parking fees or time restrictions on Sundays.
Withdrawals
If you are forced to withdraw refunds are available.
6 weeks before the event 75% refund.
4 weeks before the event 50% refund
2 weeks before the event 25% refund.
Less than 2 weeks before the event no refund will be paid.
